PRO-OP Eyeglass Repair Center at 2222 Sunrise Boulevard, Gold River, California.

I would not recommend this place to ANYONE!!! I dropped my glasses off literally to get a screw replaced and was told they would be ready by noon the next day. Due to the simplicity I honestly expected them to be repaired on the spot, but I understand first come first serve. The next day I arrive around 3pm to be told my glasses are not done and they would be ready tomorrow by noon. Keep in mind I didnt receive a phone call, txt, or anything. That goes to show how poor the service is. I call the next day before I come, and he lady tells me they will not be ready until Tuesday because they are short staffed. Now if they would have told me that from the beginning I wouldn't have left my glasss there. At this point I have spent more money on gas then the actual repair will be and I've picked up my unrepaired glasses to provide my business elsewhere!!!
